Q1: How do I know if I've received access to the Closed Beta?

A1: Players that have successfully registered and have gained access will receive an e-mail from "Tears of Themis" before 05/07 23:59(GMT+9). Players who have provided a phone number will also be receiving a text notification. If you did not receive an e-mail and wish to verify whether you're granted access, please attach a screenshot of your successful registration prompt and contact Customer Service at the e-mails listed below:

Q2: What if I entered the wrong information during registration?

A2: The editing functions on the registration website will be unavailable as the Closed Beta invitation draw begins at 05/06 12:00 (GMT+9). You will not be able to access the Closed Beta if your e-mail information is incorrect. Please double-check if your registration information is accurate before 05/06 12:00 (GMT+9).

Q3: How do I download and install the Closed Beta client? What is the content of the e-mail?

A3: Installation varies depending on the platform you are using. We will be sending out installation guides depending on the platform you've filled out during registration. The selected platform cannot be changed after 05/06 12:00 (GMT+9).

The e-mail contains a Closed Beta client download walkthrough prepared by D.A.V.I.S. Please follow the instructions to download and install the Closed Beta client. And do not share your Closed Beta information with others. Accessibility will not be sent out again if you lose Closed Beta access due to sharing Closed Beta information with others.

Q4: When does the Closed Beta begin? And when does it end?

A4: Closed Beta will officially be online at 05/08 12:00 (GMT+9) and will end at 05/18 19:00PM (GMT+9).
