Event Rules:

1. The physical reward for this event is "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter" ×1, which includes envelope ×1 (13.3cm×19.3cm) and post card ×1 (13cm×19cm).

2. The event reward pool consists of 10,000 physical copies of "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter." Players on the Tears of Themis international server may obtain it for free via the following two methods:

① Based on the player's in-game level on 2023/6/14 and Activeness data for the past 365 days, DAVIS has selected about 9,000 winners for the physical reward. Winners will receive an event reward notification via their in-game Mailbox. Kindly follow the instructions in the in-game Mail to fill in your mailing information by 2023/6/26 23:59, UTC+9. (Failing to do so by the deadline will mean that the reward will be automatically forfeited.) Rewards forfeited due to failure to fill in mailing information by the deadline will be transferred to the social media raffle reward pool (see below).

② There will be a raffle on 2023/7/1 on the Tears of Themis Official Twitter. DAVIS will select approximately 1,000 lucky winners from the participants, and inform the winners via their in-game Mailbox notification on 2023/7/2 based on the UID provided. Winners must fill in their mailing information by 2023/7/4 10:00 (UTC+9), otherwise the reward will be considered to be forfeited.

3. Each player can only receive 1 physical copy of the "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter." If the player is eligible to receive the reward via the first method described above and has successfully submitted their information, they will not be able to receive the reward again via the second method.

4. The physical reward shipping area for this event only covers the regions in the drop-down list from the form. In addition, due to the numerous unknown variables involved in the shipping process, the Organizer is unable to make any guarantees regarding the appearance or function of the "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter," nor will it replace any mailed items lost or stolen during the shipping process.

5. The delivery of the "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter" physical rewards for this event does not come with tracking and query services. The delivery time will vary depending on the actual shipping conditions in each region. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

6. All taxes and additional fees applicable to the delivery of the item shall be borne by the reward winners.

7. There are currently no other methods to obtain the "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter" physical reward.

8. For players who are unable to receive the "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter" physical reward in this event, kindly take note of the subsequent announcement on our official social media. All players will have the opportunity to obtain the non-physical version of "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter" (i.e. electronic version) by participating in the official social media events.

If you are awarded the free physical copy of "Tears of Themis - To My Beloved Commemorative Letter" ×1 by participating in the event posted on the @TearsofThemisEN account, you will be sent the English version of the letter by default.
