Method 1:

1. During the event submission period, publish your original fan artwork related to Artem on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram (remember to set your account to public) and include the following hashtags: #TearsOfThemis #HeartImagery

Method 2:

During the event submission period, proceed to HoYoLAB and tap on the "Submit" button below the Fan Art Event details post. Tap on the "Image" button to upload Artem's Birthday related creation work. Upon submission of your derivative work, you've successfully participated in the event.

Submission Requirements

1. Participants can submit their works via Method 1 or Method 2. All submissions will be evaluated together.

2. Submitted works must feature the characters from Tears of Themis as the subject. Submitted works must fit the theme of the event, but there are no restrictions on the art style (art styles include but are not limited to original paints, comics, comic strips, emojis, etc.).

3. Works must be original drawings created within the last 1 month, and must have a high degree of completion. Unfinished line drawings, works that are direct edits or collages of other material using graphic design tools (such as Photoshop) are not considered as successful entries.

4. Images of the drawing process must be attached with the submission. Otherwise, we may ask the submitter to provide it during the selection stage if necessary.

Event Rules

1. Your submitted artwork must fulfill the Submission Requirements.

2. Submissions must be your original work and cannot include any content or creativity plagiarism. Any submission found guilty of plagiarism in any way will be disqualified.

3. Participants may submit multiple works in this event but will not be eligible for multiple prizes. Each participant can only receive one prize.

4. This event is held on several platforms, and the submissions from all platforms will undergo the selection stage together. The aforementioned prizes apply to the submissions from all platforms. There is no fixed allocation ratio for the platforms and regions.

5. Any submissions that match the following situations will be disqualified: artwork contents violate the rules of derivative work; involves gender change or other content that does not follow the original design; contains plagiarism or theft of the works of others; the work is not related to the content of Tears of Themis and the game and/or Artem's Birthday theme; contains any form of advertising and/or malicious disinformation or discrediting the game and the content of the characters; contains any form of advertising; contains any spoilers for content not released in the current version.

6. Submissions may not be used to participate in other similar activities.

7. Actions that harm the fairness and integrity of the competition, such as spamming to farm popularity for submission, are not allowed. Severe cases will result in disqualification.

8. The top three prize winners will be announced via the official Tears of Themis social media accounts, and the participation award winners will be informed via e-mails or HoYoLAB system notifications. Please provide the relevant information needed for prize reception (UID, name, phone number, address, etc.) according to the instructions within two weeks after the announcement of the results. Otherwise, you will automatically forfeit the prizes. By providing your personal information, you authorize the event organizers to use it for prize information communication and delivery.

9. If a winning submission is reported for plagiarism or misappropriation after the event has ended, and the allegations are proven true after an investigation, the "Tears of Themis" official operations team will revoke the distributed rewards. We welcome everyone's feedback.

10. The organizer of the event will bear the shipping and handling costs. In the process of sending the prizes, if customs duties are incurred due to local policies, the winners will need to cooperate with customs to complete customs clearance and bear the corresponding taxes and fees.

11. Participation in this activity is considered giving consent to the release and display of your entries and social media nicknames on public platforms by the "Tears of Themis" official team. If you have any questions, you may contact our customer service for feedback.
